Kairo Creations provides software engineering, web development, mobile development, AI integration, and related digital product services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement agreed upon by both parties.

We reserve the right to decline any project that conflicts with our values or capacity at any given time.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that breaches applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, or is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website without notice if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these terms.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Kairo Creations and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon receipt of full payment for a project, intellectual property rights for the custom deliverables are transferred to you as specified in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and internal utilities used to build your project remain the property of Kairo Creations.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our prior written consent.

Payment terms, milestones, and amounts are specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work commences.

Late payments may result in a pause of work until the outstanding amount is settled. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with applicable law.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST where applicable). Clients are responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.

We treat all project-related information shared with us as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.

We may reference your business name and describe the nature of work completed in our portfolio or case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairo Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services or this website.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from a specific project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that project.

We make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of any software or system we build, beyond what is explicitly set out in the project agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kairo Creations, its founders, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with reasonable written notice as specified in the project agreement. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of termination shall be invoiced and are payable.

We reserve the right to terminate any engagement immediately in the event of material breach by the client.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
